Most of our projects are design & construct. If you get us involved at early stages including site selection & assessments, then it will return you with more savings and you will have a better understanding of the look & feel of your practice/office/shop/house.
Every project should be treated differently and each project should have an approval prior to building works depending on some specifics. This could include either council application or obtain compliant development certificate (CDC) for a change of use whichever is applicable. With our in-house engineer & architect, we can take this hassle from you and take you through the process with our proven experience.
Pre-purchase Building Inspections
It is the law in NSW to get home inspections done prior to buying a property. Similarly, it is compulsory to have a pool inspection certificate if you are to sell your property. Our engineers will do it all for you with very competitive rates.
